The Building Material Branch of Sichuan Chengguang Engineering Design Institute and Sichuang Calciner Technology Co., Ltd compose a modern technology company which is capable of research, design and manufacture, especially engaged in such abilities of building materials (cement, lime) and metallurgy industry, providing with qualification Grade 2 for design of building materials industry (cement plant) (Certificate Number: A251001442). Now there are totally 83 professional technicians and managing personnel in the company, among them, 2 professors of engineers, 20 senior engineers and 36 engineers. Our company contains not only professional and strong technology of cement, building materials and metallurgy engineering, but also competitive capability of development, design, manufacture and after–service.

Business scope: Based in the southwest area of China, the company provides equipment packages and engineering design of the cement plants, active lime and burnt dolomite from the customers from all over the world. Scope of work: engineering design, project management, equipment manufacture

Engineering design: Provides service for overseas and domestic cement plants, lime and magnesium metal enterprises, such as engineering design, engineering technical modification, engineering consultation, project management etc.
Engineer design for 1200-6000t/d cement production line.
Upgrade 600t/d preheater kiln production line to 1000t/d precalining kiln production line.
Provide design and matched services for 300～1000t/d active lime preheater, rotary kiln production line.
Provide design and matched service for 300～1000t/d magnesium metal burnt dolomite preheater, rotary kiln production line.
Provide design and matched equipment for 1500～9000kw afterheat generation system.
Mechanical euquipment: Provide KLP preheating/precalcining system at kiln inlet, the 4th generation of quais KC grate cooler, KS active lime calcining system, Reclaimer-on-rails, KZS combined classifier, MS high efficiency pulverized coal classier, multi-channel pulverized coal burner, KXL positive discharger, high fine slag mixer, high temp, tertiary air damper valve etc.
Electrical equipment: Provides DCS, frequency variable speed regulation system, MV/LV electric distribution cabinet etc. for 250-6000t/d cement plant.
Spare parts: Provide all kinds of mechanical and electrical spare parts for cement and limestone production line, including wear-proof hammer of crusher, grate plate of grate cooler, hanging plate of preheater, chain and bucket of chain bucket conveyor. Filtering bag of bag filter etc.
