SCT 2022 Annual Conference

The chronological order changes, and a new journey begins again.

On the afternoon of January 14, 2023, the 2022 year-end summary meeting of Sichuan Calciner Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the Paradise Intercontinental Hotel in the Global Center. Chairman Chang Jie, company executives, and more than 100 employees attended the meeting. The conference comprehensively summarized and reviewed the company's work in 2022, commended outstanding employees and teams, and deployed various key tasks for 2023.

   
Chairman Chang Jie proposed the key word of 2022, ‘A Promising Future -- Lithium’, leading everyone to review the major events of 2022 together. In the year when the whole society, economy and development were seriously affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, SCT went against the current and made full efforts. Not only did its performance reach new heights and achieve one small goal after another, but the company's development trend also showed a strong upward momentum. At the same time, Chairman Chang Jie also made arrangements for the work in 2023. In the new year, SCT will establish a dedicated research and development center, led by Chief Engineer Dai Lirong, to concentrate the company's strengths, recruit talents, break through technical barriers, and strive to achieve the goal of smart lithium factory and forge ahead. 

     

At the end of the year and the beginning of the year, everyone reviewed the achievements made in the past year, and also solemnly commended the teams and individuals who have achieved excellent results in various job positions over the past year. The "Outstanding Employee of the Year", "New Employee of the Year", "Most Growing Employee", and "Best Project Design" were selected through anonymous voting. They also recognized the "Twenty Year Work Loyalty Award" and "Ten Year Work Loyalty Award" that grew together with SCT, as well as the "Annual Excellent Department Management Award", "Annual Excellent Team Award", and "Full Attendance Touching Award" and other awards, The company executives have issued certificates and big red envelopes to these outstanding employees and teams.

Finally, all colleagues wish the Chairman and the Chairman's wife the blessings of their own year, wishing both of them good health and great success. They also wish the company a brilliant new year.
