Internal Training

With SCT rising unstoppably, new employees are being enrolled in every department. In order to strengthen quality awareness of designers in all disciplines, Chairman Chang was hosting an internal lecture about process fundamentals for process engineers in 703 meeting room on December 16 morning. 
  
Chairman Chang made an introduction to critical processes including milling, calcining and acid roasting for lithium conversion technology, improving the understanding new employees have on lithium conversion processes. For design quality improvement, one employee is expected to grasp one work-breakdown process item by learning, understanding and mastering.  
In the lecture, Chairman illustrated rotary kiln, vertical mill and belt conveyor, and had mutual interaction with new employees. 
Quality is not only the life of one enterprise but also the safeguard of one project. Chairman Chang wished that SCT employees put quality in the first place, continuously enhancing design competence and providing good services for all clients.
