When new year just fostered its buds with promises and challenges, SCT launched 2023 Quality Month. 
Chairman Chang addressed all SCT employees: “Quality is not only the life of one enterprise but also the safeguard of one project! SCT employees are expected to put quality in the first place!”. Chairman address marked official beginning of this quality month.  \
Quality Month, with topic of Quality Determined by Engineers Hands and Minds, aims at strengthening enterprise quality management system, improving company-wide quality awareness, and finding and promoting excellent quality management experiences.  
Firstly, existing quality system applied in SCT is exhibited with details. SCT Quality System abides by ISO9001 with strictness, and orients towards client needs with systematical and standardized processes, assuring and controlling quality along the way from product R&D, manufacturing and after-sales service. 
With Quality Month activities, SCT architected one award-winning quiz for all employees, which attracted every employee taking part in quality management. Interesting quiz can not only consolidate quality knowledge and personal competence on discovering and solving problems for employees, but also nurturing strong atmosphere of learning and competing, eventually breeding “Quality First” in the heart of all participants.   
 
Additionally, internal reviewing was executed for engineering projects and departments involved, with a system of meaningful experiences and lessons refined out when activities were going on. These experiences and lessons are good for improving current work process and work efficiency, and provide valuable basic reliance for project development in the future. 
In the end, through fair selection, SCT appraised three Quality Stars outstanding in this quality month. They are awarded with their solid technics, careful attitude and excellent quality contribution, distinguishing themselves and making themselves being models for others. 
Successful conduction of this quality month fully presented SCT determination on exhausting pursue and continuous improvement for product and service quality. In the future, We, SCT will never stop our steps towards “Quality is the life of one enterprise”, strengthening internal quality management, engaging all employees in full quality improvement to push out more qualified products and services which will generate more values for our clients.
