At 1:30 p.m., the event officially kicked off at SCT's Lithium Salt R&D Base, a place embodying the company's spirit of innovation and practice. Colleagues were divided into four groups to visit the modern R&D base, which was independently designed, invested in, and constructed by SCT in an orderly manner. Walking among the advanced equipment and production lines, every colleague personally felt the shock of technology turning from blueprints into reality and deeply understood the profound heritage of SCT's core technologies.

Walking among the advanced equipment and production lines, every colleague personally felt the shock of technology turning from blueprints into reality and deeply understood the profound heritage of SCT's core technologies.
 
After the visit, a pragmatic and in-depth on-site summary meeting was held immediately. Jeremy Chang, SCT's CEO and the leader in charge of the R&D Base, delivered the opening speech. He highly affirmed the strategic value of the R&D Base and especially encouraged all engineers and technical personnel to "head for the frontline to learn and improve yourself", draw true knowledge from practice, and empower R&D and innovation.
Subsequently, Mr. Dai, SCT's Chief Engineer and Project Manager of the R&D Base, delivered a speech, systematically summarizing the overall work of the base in the early construction and later operation and maintenance. The report clearly listed the outstanding highlights achieved by the project and frankly analyzed the pain points and challenges encountered in the process.
Next, employee representatives from various disciplines of the project team shared the hardships and glories of the base's growth from scratch in turn, covering engineering design, construction, cost control, and commissioning. Their simple and touching speeches, with details weaving together a story of personal growth and company development, fully demonstrated the strong cohesion of the team and brought profound insights.
 
Finally, Mr. Chang Jie, the company's Chairman, delivered a speech to wrap up the on-site visiting event. With a forward-looking vision, he elaborated on the leading position of the company's pilot line nationwide and even globally, strengthening all colleagues' confidence in the technical route and the company's prospects, which won several rounds of applause on site.
Later, all members moved to Dayi Samsara Hotel. The evening meeting opened with a blessing video from staff who are still working on-site.
Mr. Chang Jie took the stage again, taking "Gathering Lithium Power, Forging Ahead" as the core keyword, and conducted a comprehensive review of the company's overall work in 2025. His summary covered major project breakthroughs, operational management achievements, as well as employee welfare and cultural life. Looking forward to 2026, Mr. Chang Jie outlined the development path and grand goals, igniting the passion of the whole audience to strive ahead.
 
Afterwards, CEO Jeremy Chang focused on quality of work, the lifeline of SCT's development, and conducted a detailed review of quality control in 2025. He emphasized that "improving quality is imperative in 2026" and officially announced a series of upcoming quality improvement management measures, demonstrating the company's firm determination to pursue excellence and keep improving.
 
Following a brief speech by an employee representative, Mr. Chang Jie awarded honorary prizes to the outstanding individuals and excellent teams of 2025. The stage was shining with stars, and the hall was filled with applause and praise for those go-getters.
 
After the solemn yet enthusiastic meeting session, it was time for a relaxed and pleasant dinner. Elaborately designed interactive games—"Bottle Grabbing", "Fruit Eating", "Rooster Laying Eggs", etc.—were staged one after another. Laughter and cheers rose one after another, and many lucky colleagues won surprise prizes.
 
At this point, SCT’s 2025 Year-End Summary Meeting came to a successful conclusion in an atmosphere of joy, harmony, and full of hope.
